1) Cash or NY / NJ checks only.  All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
2) Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase.  No furniture may be taken without confirmed payment.
3) Delivery and packing not included.  We can arrange delivery if requested or work with your delivery company.
4) Items must be taken within 10 days of purchase.  (Blankets recommended if taking items same day of purchase)
